My ETA is a professional digital platform designed to help international travelers apply for Canada’s Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) through a streamlined and user-friendly online process.
The website was strategically designed to simplify a traditionally complex application journey by guiding users through a structured smart-form experience that collects travel, identity, and eligibility information in a clear and intuitive way.
A major focus of the project was improving user completion rates by reducing friction throughout the application flow while maintaining trust, transparency, and accessibility for travelers from different backgrounds. The platform combines responsive UX, intelligent multi-step forms, and optimized information architecture to create a fast and reliable application experience across all devices.
